Radon Measurement Licensing in New Jersey
New Jersey strictly regulates those who offer Radon measurements in the state. To become a certified Radon Measurement Technician (“RMT”) you need to take a 2-day training course which we offer to our dealers. The NJ course is a requirement for your certification, and our course prepares you for the state licensing exam.
NJ also requires 4 hours per year of continuing education, which you can take by attending the course offered regularly in our Skillman, NJ facility, or through our correspondence course. Our computer system ensures that you receive timely reminders when your radon license renewal or continuing credits are due.
In addition to Radon Initial training and annual continuing Ed. Courses for NJ technician courses, we offer a 4-hour semiannual continuing proficiency course for certified home inspectors in NJ and up to 16 hours of continuing education for Pennsylvania Radon technicians.
